Another Saturday, another Penny Black Challenge. This weeks instructions was Christmas For The Guys, so make a card suitable for a male of the species! Not always easy that! I’m using Royal Mail again, primarily because I only have the two PB stamps at the minute and I used Snow Squad last week!! Maybe Father Christmas will take pity on me and bring me some more!!
I love the way this card turned out in terms of the papers I used, but I’m not so keen on the image this time and the snowflake embellishments, I way over did the glitter!! It’s a very tall card at 9 1/4″ by 3 3/4″, but I think that really helped the lovely paper to stand out.
- Image: Penny Black, Royal Mail; Sentiment from a Recollections clear set
- DP: DCWV 2008 and 2009 Christmas Stacks; Glitter card is also DCWV; blue card from The Paper Company
- Card Blank: K & Co
- Tools: Snowflake Border Punch, EK Success; Snowflake Punch, Martha Stewart; Martha Stewart glitters; watercolour pencils; gems from stash

I love a tall card, but hardly ever think to do that unless it is the challenge. Great papers and that
image is so cute and you have colored it beautifully. Love the Merry….across the paper. Very nice card.
Thanks for the visit to my blog and leaving such a nice comment, I appreciate every one.
