Not really, I was just feeling in a monochrome kind of mood! I’ve been dropping the ball in the last few weeks on getting my Christmas cards made, mainly I think because it got so hot suddenly and we were busy in the garden, at the lake or away camping, it’s a bit hard to concentrate on Christmas when it’s 95F outside!
The card is based on a mirror image of the current sketch over at Christmas Challenges With Sketches challenge blog, the only thing missing however, is the sentiment as I’d used a word stamp, thought it would have looked a bit odd with a sentiment too, so I added a little line of pearls where that would have been. The stamp is from a clear Inkadinkado set and I stamped it in Memento Fluid Chalk Ink Night Sky and added some more little pearls to highlight the snowflakes. The paper is all DCWV, various Christmas Stacks and it’s all been edged with Memento Night Sky.
Card Recipe:
- Card: Michaels card blank ~ Bazzill card ~ The Paper Company card
- DP: DCWV various Christmas Stacks
- Stamp: Inkadinkado clear set Holiday Words
- Ink: Memento Fluid Chalk Ink Night Sky
- Embellies: Waterfall Stickles ~ Pearls from Michaels
- Tools: Martha Stewart snow flake punches ~ Marvy Uchida Snowflake punch ~ Fiskars Corner Rounder punch

Hi Brenda! so fun to run into a WordPress blog! I love wordpress but you don’t see that many stampers using it! Anyway, love your pretty Christmas card! So glad you linked up to the Christmas Challenges (with sketches)! Thanks for playing!
