Don’t know about Fall any more, we’ve been below freezing here for the last couple of nights!  And those poor people in New Jersey got 15″ of snow on Saturday and parts of Massachusetts got 27″!!  Thankfully nothing like that in the forecast for us here in Michigan…. yet, anyway!

My card today is for the current Mousie challenge which is Fall, but it is also based on the Sketch over at Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge, where their sponsors this week also happen to be House Mouse and there are four beautiful HM stamps to be won there too.

I used the HM stamp Mice Decoy for this one and coloured it with Distress Inks, adding a bit of Copper Stickles to the straw of the “mousecrow”!  The papers are all Serif Picnic In The Park and they were free on a UK card magazine.  The leaves are from Recollections and the flowers were bought in the UK just a few weeks ago.

I used a Martha Stewart punch and stamped a little Maple leaf in Brilliance inks as a final accent.  A few little browny/gold gems were added as a finishing touch.
