A beautiful Spring day here in Michigan, we made it to double figures and it won’t be below freezing at night either, well, for tonight at least, then it gets colder again!  So to celebrate I made a couple of Christmas cards!  You have to admit, I’ve been a bit lacking in the old Christmas card department for a week or two now, and I received a few new Memory Box dies for my birthday (back in January) that I wanted to have a play with.

So I came up with these, almost the same and all from the snippets drawer I happy to report.

I cut out two landscape dies and two star dies from snippets of The Paper Company thin card, and added some Antique Linen and Tea Dye Distress Ink around the house and trees and then a little sprinkling of glitter.  The sentiments are from the same That Paper Company Studio set and were stamped in Veramagic Red Magic and Brilliance Pearlescent Olive.  The panels were adhered to the coloured card and stuck on to the card blanks, also from the snippets drawer.  Then the little star was popped on last of all.  Very quick and simple to make, they’d be excellent for the production line technique later in the year.
