Morning all, time for another challenge over at Sparkles Monthly Challenges. This month we’re asking to see your projects made with beautiful Autumn Colours.
Our sponsor this month is the very talented Di from Di’s Digi’s, who is offering $10 worth of free digis to the lucky winner, you’ll be spoilt for choice believe me!
I kept my card simple this month, it’s been really hot an humid for a number of weeks now in Michigan and it’s turned my brain to cotton wool, so simple is good!
Yes, I got the quilling supplies out again! I made “Maple” leaves in various shades of yellow, orange, red and green, along with some brown leaf stems. The card base is kraft covered with a piece of green dp from the Amber Autumn pack from DCWV. The red card is Bazzil and the white is a GinaK Pure Luxury White. The quilling strips are 1/8″ and come in packs like that, no fiddly cutting!
The sentiment is from a Studio G set, stamped in Brilliance Copper Crimson. And that was that! It took a couple of hours to make up the leaves but overall it was a very simple, repetitive process.
