I’ve been making a few simple cards today and I’ll be sharing them with you over the next few days. They all have the same concept, semi solid images stamped in coloured ink and then heat embossed with Ranger Holographic embossing powder. As the Holographic EP is also clear, the base colour of the ink still shows through. As always happens with photography, the sparkly nature of these images just doesn’t translate through the camera and on to the computer. Unfortunately. But take my word for it, lots of sparkle!
The first one is pink. Very pink! But non traditional colours often work well for Christmas.
The image is Inkadinkado Christmas Silhouettes, stamped in Martha Stewart Hibiscus and then embossed with the Ranger Holographic EP. The sentiment is from Penny Black, stamped with the same ink but not embossed. The pink card is Bazzil.
Everything except the card base came from the scrap drawers too, so very frugal as well as very quick.
