Maxwell has had a very busy day, he’s made lots of little Christmas treat bags for you all to enjoy. The bags are filled with a mixture of Michigan Dried Tart Cherries covered in White, Dark and Milk Chocolate, along with some nut pieces (almond, pecan & cashew) covered in Milk and Dark Chocolate. There are six of these, there would have been more but I caught that naughty little mouse helping himself more than once! No wonder he looks so pleased with himself!
These are quite simply made using little resealable transparent bags from my local craft store. The toppers are cut out with Spellbinder’s Dies from various scraps of paper and embossed with Cuttlebug and Sizzix embossing folders. On some of them I embossed the backing pieces, and on others I embossed the top piece.
Maxwell was coloured up six times using Prisma pencils, cut out and glittered with Martha Stewart coarse glitter. The sentiments are Hero Arts and Stampin’ Up stamped in Memento Rhubarb Stalk and Danube Blue ink.
The snowflakes are punched from DCWV glittered paper, a little bit of bling finishes them off nicely.
Project Recipe:

Lovely treat bags. Very professional x
Goodness, Brenda, these look totally professionally made! I love them and what a great use of snippets! I don’t mind the little mouse for sneaking off with some!! Have a lovely week! Hugs, Darnell
What!!!!! Those are not for the mice — they are for me!!! You feed mice cheese. Or you could put these candies (the dark ones) in a bag for kids and call in Reindeer Poop!!!!!
Sandy
